Applicability

This privacy statement applies to all privacy sensitive information or personal information that is provided to us. Our customers’ privacy is our highest priority, we process and protect all information you provide to us. We process all data according to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Mooyflowers is responsible for the processing of all information provided to us. We are the only one to determine what information gets processed, in which way and for what purpose. We handle your personal information decently and with great care in accordance with EU GDPR. This privacy statement informs you about the information we collect and which purpose it serves.

Overview of collected data

We collect and process the following personal information:

• First and last name
• Gender
• Address data
• Phone number
• E-mail address
• IP-adress
• Copy identification card

Purpose and foundations for processing personal data

By agreeing with this privacy statement, you give your explicit permission for processing the provided information according to article 6 paragraph 1 sub a of the EU GDPR. You can withdraw this permission at any time. However, if you don’t provide certain information to us or don’t want us to process the information, we may not be able to serve you properly. If you didn’t give us explicit permission to process your personal information or if you withdraw this permission, the foundations of article 6 paragraph 1 sub b, sub c and/ or sub f of the EU GDPR apply. Processing of personal information without your permission may occur if it’s necessary for the execution of an agreement in which you take part or are going to take part, or if it’s necessary for the fulfilment of justified interests of Mooyflowers. In addition legal obligations can apply to the processing of your information.

We process personal information for the following purposes:

Call or e-mail you if it’s necessary to carry out our services.

• Sending our newsletter or advertising brochures

We don’t keep your personal information any longer than is necessary to achieve the goals for what the information is collected.

Who do we share your information with?

We may share your personal data with third parties if it’s compatible with the goals as mentioned above. Provision to third parties may be necessary to execute the agreement that we concluded with you, to fulfil our justified interests or to comply with legislation. With all organizations processing your information we make a processing agreement to ensure the same level of protection and confidentiality of your personal data. Some processors are located outside of the European Economic Area, they are covered by the EU-US Privacy Shield. This obliges them to maximum (controlled) protection of your personal information. We remain responsible for these processing operations. Except for the previously described situations we only share your personal information with others after you gave us explicit permission.

Commercial Purposes

We may use your personal data for commercial purposes, for example to inform you about our service or relevant products and service of carefully selected organizations. In that case you will only be informed via the e-mail address you provided. If you don’t want to receive information about relevant products or services you can let us know easily by clicking ‘sign out’ in the received e-mail. Your personal data may also be used for marketing purposes and optimization of our services. In that case, we will anonymize the data so it can’t be tracked back to you. We will never sell or rent your personal data without your explicit permission.

Privacy rights

You have the right to see what data we have about you, to change, correct or delete this information. Beside this you have the right to withdraw any permissions to store data or object to the way it’s processed. You have the right to data portability if we own or process any digital personal data or if we use this to execute an agreement. This means you can submit a request to provide you, or an organization of your choice, with a readable computer file that contains all information. You can submit a request to review, correct, delete, transfer or to withdraw permission to process personal data at any time by e-mail info@mooyflowers.com . We will respond as soon as possible, within four weeks, to your request. Please note that you have the possibility to file complaints to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
